Charles Wallace 

Charles Wallace is a teacher, counselor and mentor to persons and organizations seeking to reach an optimum level of performance.  He has specialized in the development and re-organization of sustainable educational and nonprofit human services institutions and persons who staff them.  Much of his work has been with resident education institutions. Charles represents himself as a “modern elder,” an older person who combines life-long learning and professional performance with a keen and up-to-date understanding of effective organizational practices.  

Based in Fayetteville, Arkansas, Charles also maintains a consultation and counseling practice for clients who want to refine their leadership skills and works with nonprofit organizations nationally.

Along with four decades of professional practice Charles holds advanced degrees in humanities, religion and philosophy and educational administration and a California College Instructor Certificate.  His involvement with Holos is based on a newfound interest in assisting to develop reformed, accessible and improved healthcare.
