It all begins with an idea.

Chris McNamara received a B.A. cum laude from the University of Arkansas with a focus on philosophy and foreign languages. He has over a decade experience working with NGOs on food insecurity, rural economic development, refugee resettlement, and federal climate policy. Currently, Chris manages his family art business and works as the sustainability project manager for the City of Fayetteville where he tracks municipal energy metrics and develops sustainability projects.  Chris has served in several leadership positions which more recently include chairman of the Arkansas Citizens’ Climate and member of the Citizens First Congress Steering Committee

With a natural curiosity and broad range of interests Chris has pursued work in a number of capacities where he has cultivated proficiency in non-profit development, project management, public affairs and more.  He brings these relevant talents to support the work of the Holos Foundation in hope to expand access to a broader community and promote greater awareness for those seeking healing or personal growth. His interest in transpersonal consciousness and experience with the healing potential of traditional plant medicines led to his involvement with the Holos Foundation
